Cancellation & Appointment Policy A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations leave limited opportunity to fill that appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the reserved service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Extension services require a consultation and a non-refundable deposit prior to booking. Hair must be paid for in full before it is ordered and is non-refundable once purchased. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
